60 Day Challenge
In my first challenge I dropped from 14.9% body down to 9.9% and packed on a bunch of muscle with just a few simple things. But the real key was CONSISTENCY. Stacking simple wins over those 68 days made a massive difference in my body & mind. I also created better habits that are now a part of my daily life.

Just:
Work 2 muscle groups until fatigue. Core & cardio for 20 mins.
Hit your daily protein.
And get 7 hrs of sleep (min.)
