How I built my agency to 100+ ACTIVE cases
To start, this is not a get rich quick scheme. You need to master the basics before you can play and test with the new, shiny, funny stuff. I would say my business took off after the 4 year mark. At least that’s what it was for me. I feel like it was just being seen for that long which did the trick. That’s my “secret.” Be seen by everyone. Market yourself and always market your business. Not to say go be a dummy and spend money without tracking anything. But be seen, spend money to make money. Don’t be afraid to spend. That means Google, Facebook, bus stops, chambers of commerce, sponsorships, partnerships with discharge planners / social workers. Do the simple stuff really well and then you can branch out. Also stay organized, need to have systems and processes in place in order to grow. I’m still working on that, but I believe that’s what’s going to get me to 500+ active cases.
