What do you do with your finished/completed journals?

i was just wondering how people are storing completed journals/notebooks and how long everyone is intending to keep them for?

I'm thinking more for ones that you use to keep your 'journal' pages in. So private thoughts and musings that you might never want others to see.

How do you store them? How often do you go back and look at completed ones? How long do you intend to keep them for? Forever?

I'm close to the end of my first journal and am getting nervous about what I do now!!!
