Whoohoo! I survived Texas Roadhouse
I've been doing well on the carnivore diet for several weeks now but yesterday I went to lunch with a friend at Texas Roadhouse. If you've ever been, you know they have the most awesome rolls. In the past I would chow down on the rolls and end up asking for more. Yesterday, I took one bite and then pushed them away. That's a victory for me. I also ordered just steak and no sides (rejecting the equally awesome french fries).
