What systems have you implemented in your life that help you be more productive?
I had a call with Mark, and there he said something along the lines of - Anything you want to avoid, make it harder to do. Anything you want more of, make it easier to do. Since then I've been focusing on systems more than discipline and it has been serving me well. Let's share ideas on such systems so we can all benefit.

Ran 5.5 Kms in a Single Shot Without Training
Hey Community! I don't even know whether I should be posting this stuff in here or not But anyway I would love to hear it from you guys! Few Days Ago I had a call Scheduled with @Mark Dhamma, MA as I 'm sort of in a desperate need of Mindset coach But Couldn't have a word with him as Mark only works with entrepreneurs making at least $100,000 per annum. I respect that Mark as i know perhaps I might not be a Good fit for you at the moment, May be in the future we can be a good fit. So i tried doing Somethings to help Myself:- 1. Applied Mark's Beginner Video of cutting Down 3-5 things that - You are not good at - are not atleast $1000/ Hr for you - Waste your time - Drain your energy 2. Started doing Never Finished by david Goggins after Following Reading can't Hurt me. Now It's almost 5 Days - I'm waking up on time everyday - Doing my SAVERS[Miracle morning] - Following mark's advise on cutting 3-5 things - And Few Days Ago Just to do Something that Sucks as Goggins Say Ran 5.5 Kms in one time, Earlier I have ran max of 2Kms at a Time only Once had I run 5 kms Before. Looking forward to adding more things that Suck in my day to day schedule. Open to any Valuable Advise from the community as well.....

Grinding vs Well-Being: What’s the Key to Peak Productivity?
Hi Mark, I know you’re busy, so I’ll keep this brief. I’ve noticed that many successful entrepreneurs, like Charlie Morgan and Sam Ovens (Previously), often talk about grinding through pain and pushing yourself hard to succeed. But I’ve found that when I’m in pain or under stress, my productivity takes a hit, and I struggle to focus. So, I’m curious—what’s the right approach? Is it better to push through discomfort and stay under pressure, or should I focus on maintaining a good mental state and avoid stress to stay productive? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!
