An Attempt was made :D
Went on a baking adventure last night for my Partner's Sons Birthday. We ended up making a Baked Vanilla cheesecake with a jellied strawberry top. It came out delicious! Not too sweet, perfectly fluffy with a nice crisp base. I am so happy.
