Today I jumped on a call with Tom Fielding where he taught me my first lesson on the fundamentals of the sales process. I learned how to structure a sales call, and mainly how to handle objections at the end of a call. He taught me the 5 different objection including the 2 smoke screens. Thank you Tom, today's call was very helpful!
