Upcoming Courses
Hey there, thank you so much for joining The Clinical Classroom! I wanted to share some updates on upcoming courses with you and also ask for your input.
When I initially decided to put together online courses the plan was to sell condition-specific courses, that were all encompassing. Meaning I didn't want you to have to buy a course on cognitive decline and then also have to buy the course on how to manage stress, and sleep, and exercise, and diet, etc... However, as you know I have since made the decision to offer all of these resources at no cost to you and I think by separting things a little bit more this will streamline the process.
Currently you will only find one completed course within the classroom that focuses on Reversing Cognitive Decline. This course is largely centered around enhancing brain health but my vision for this community is for it to extend beyond just brain health; my goal is for it to be a comprehensive resource for everything from chronic illness to longevity. With all of that being said the next few courses I will put out are going to be reseources that I think every person with a pulse can benefit from. By doing these as their own separate courses I won't have to re-record each of these topics for every new condition-specific course that I release in the future. This will take a little bit of the load off of my plate and ultimately give me the ability to produce more content for you to enjoy and take action on.
Here are the courses I currently have in the pipeline:
  • Stress Solutions
  • Exercise is Medicine
  • Sleep Solutions
  • Building Lifelong Habits
The first release will be one on stress management. If you have gone through the cognitive decline course, you will have seen that within that course I shared some stress management strategies, and since its release a few months ago, there are some thoughts that I have sharpened and would like to change. But before I go sit down to record this course, I want to hear your thoughts. My outlook on stress management centers around mindset/outlook on the world, exercise, sleep, breathwork, and dietary habits. These are the main silos in which I will cover within this stress course, but what habits or outlooks do you have that help you manage stress?
