Reflect on all the amazing things you've accomplished over the past week. Consider all the people you've served in a positive way and allow yourself a personal reward. Make it a tradition with your BFFs; turn it into a party. Indulge together in positive vibes. Leave the alcohol out and make it an empowering and valuable event. Take the time to support and celebrate those beauties around you and celebrate yourself. We can't keep going at full speed in all aspects of our lives without stopping from time-to-time to create a Sensational moment. It's the fuel that will turbocharge you to the next level of your LIFE! Perhaps it's a quiet massage or facial, or maybe it's a pedicure and lunch with the special ladies in your life.
