I decided today was the day. I signed up for a structured workout program for the first time, I can do anything for 30 days.
Ate clean today and feeling good. Struggling to find good clean caffeine without calories to give energy through training. If y’all have recommendations let me know!
Today was leg day and…😅 I can feel the consequences of not being in the gym for the last month
The weather is great where I am so I plan on my exercise being some outdoor trail walking.
