Day one
I decided today was the day. I signed up for a structured workout program for the first time, I can do anything for 30 days. Ate clean today and feeling good. Struggling to find good clean caffeine without calories to give energy through training. If y’all have recommendations let me know! Today was leg day and…😅 I can feel the consequences of not being in the gym for the last month The weather is great where I am so I plan on my exercise being some outdoor trail walking. It’s gonna be a good kickstart month🫶🏼

@Michael Martin I am a big lover of coffee, typically I’ll go for a latte with cinnamon but I’ve been trying to lean more towards americanos only due to calorie content. I also have been a fan of Celsius here and there maybe once a week. I try to keep it to one caffeinated beverage a day typically around an hour after I wake up, but there are days where I just need a pick me up and have a second around 3pm to get me through the last few hours of a shift, this is typically a Coke Zero.

@Michael Martin I have done earl grey many times with honey and like it. I haven’t tried anything else. What do you recommend? And do you mix anything in?

Hey y’all! I’m Kyndal, I work as a certified surgical technologist at a children’s hospital! I enjoy hiking and painting in my free time and love to be outside! Ever since college I lost grip on my workout habits and with surgery the ‘eat while you can’ mindset with busy days has gotten my eating habits off track. I’m looking for accountability and really just learning how other medical field people do it! Happy to be here🫶🏼
