Hey guys,
I've grown a little bit tired of my weight lifting routine that I've attached below. I've had the same basic routine for almost 2 years now. Granted I do swap out an exercise or two every couple of months. I'm just wondering if you guys have any recommendations to switch things up here.
I'm not tied to the PPL but a 3 day split works well for me. Also open to any other workout recommendations for warm ups or anything else.
