CRM: The Power of Automated Email Marketing
Emails are a business's most powerful asset. It's the most effective way of marketing and communicating DIRECTLY to your customer, with a number of benefits: - Low or no cost - Low barrier to entry - All digital, so no production/lead time - Customers so their inbox on a daily basis - Scalable - Can create a good relationship through campaigns CRM stands for "Customer Relationship Management" and is a software that communicates with customers and nurtures the relationship you build with them. An email CRM is the most popular use of this system, which allows you to send a variety of messages, promotions, updates and exclusive content to your email list. How do you collect emails? There are a number of ways you can build your email list, including but not limited to: - Landing page: offers, news, etc. - Payment page - Asking through conversation - Buying data Let's have a look at an example of how you can use your CRM with your customers... 1. You set up a landing page on your website or social media accounts which says "EXCLUSIVE 30% EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT". This attention grabbing header is followed by a bar that allows viewers to give their email with the hope they get a juicy 30% discount code to use at your store. 2. After inputting their email address into your landing page, your CRM will automatically send an email to their inbox with your special promo code. Whether they use it or not, you've now got their email and they've agreed to receiving promotional content. 3. A couple days later, your CRM will send them a new email saying prompting or reminding them to use their promo code (maybe with a time limit to create scarcity) in your store if they haven't already. 4. A week later you can send them another email sharing all the new products you're bringing to your store, using eye catching pictures and engaging language. 5. At this point they're starting to recognise your name popping up and a relationship is starting to be built. You will continue to send them news and updates that they might be interested in to keep them entertained. 6. Now you need to convert them into a paying customer and send them another exciting promotion you have on your store: "2 FOR 1 ON ALL PRODUCTS". You must incentivise your email list with more promotions and reward them for being a part of your email campaign.

Your Net Worth is Your Network
Ever heard of the saying "your network is your net worth"? This is absolutely true! The point of this phrase is that there is so much value in having a STRONG. network and if you surround yourself with high performers, you will also be a high performer. It pays to know valuable people. If you're a business owner in the real estate sector, it's in your best interest to know architects, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other investors/developers/entrepreneurs as it makes for better business. If you need something within your business, the quality of help you will receive will increase when you have better relationships with them. Not only the, these people will bring you opportunities that you may be able to capitalise on, all because you've built a strong network within your industry. Your close circle is what you become. If your closest 5 people all go to the gym, you'll be the sixth. If your closest 5 people smoke weed, you'll be the sixth. You adapt to your environment which is why a good network, especially your close circle, is important to nurture. Being around high performers, in whatever industry/community of your choice, will excel your performance as you start to mimic them. A strong network is a powerful tool and is a crucial part of your development as a high aiming young person. How can you build up your network? 👉 Improve your appearance so you fit in with the circles you want to be involved in; this can be aesthetically (learn how to dress smart to mingle with business owners), communicatively (learn how to speak well and listen even better) or how informed you come across (know your shit so you can be involved with industry conversations). Don't forget to also do this online in your social media profiles. 👉 Connect with people on social media who are active in your preferred areas. Facebook and Instagram are the best, LinkedIn is a gem, and then ask to get added into WhatsApp groups too. 👉 Go to industry events - even better if they're specifically networking events - and make connections in person.

Canva: The Ultimate Business Design Tool
In a world that revolves around digital presence, it's crucial (for most) that you bring your business online to capture a new pool of potential customers and captivate your audience. However, don't be a "Facebook mum"; stay away from the awkward close up selfies and the "great lunch out with the hubby" captions. 👀 You need to be captivating and attractive! Canva is an online tool for creating digital designs for a vast array of different purposes. Let's have a look at the basics: 1. Search https://www.canva.com. 2. Click "create a design" and select one of the various made-to-measure blank canvas to use. For example: Instagram stories, business cards, LinkedIn banner and so much more - all with the correct measurements. 3. On "Design", in the tool column, search or scroll for a suitable pre-made template to match the kind of post you are looking for. 4. Add your own colours, texts and pictures to suit your brand. 5. When you're done: share > download > select "PNG" if you want a normal image, or "PDF Standard" if you want a PDF document > download. 🔥 Now you have your new, professional looking piece of content for your business's online presence! Canvas premium subscription is £10.99 a month; a pretty insignificant price which includes several benefits. If you're not wanting to spend anything, they often offer a 14 day free trial. The main benefit in having the premium subscription is that you get a lot more templates, texts, images and icons, as well as being able to save your creations with a transparent background, ideal for logos. I'm a big fan of canva as it allows its users to create great looking designs with ease. In fact, all the visuals on The Vault were made on Canva in about 5 minutes... piss easy. Look out for our Canva course which will teach you more in depth how to use all the features. Do you use canva? What would you make on it?

Let's Get Funnelling
A click funnel is a powerful tool 🛠 you can use within your business. Simply, it’s the strategy of grabbing your audiences’ attention, collecting their email and turning into paid customers 💰 So how does this work… You start off with a landing page. This is a simple page that comes up on websites, emails or social media 📲 that is captivating and has an incentive. The best incentive, in my opinion, is a FREE digital product; Ebooks, video series, templates, 1-2-1 calls etc 🤑 Digital product examples: “Get rid of that Christmas belly fat with these 3 easy steps”, “10 ways you can 10x your lead generation”, “your how to guide for excelling your business growth”, “FREE business budgeting spreadsheet” Once they’ve clicked the link, they must put in their email address to get the product sent to them. Kaching bitch, now you’ve got some valuable 💎 information! Their email address will be used to send products, offers and information through email campaigns 📨. Don’t bombard, be friendly and keep giving value in your emails UPSELL TIME! They’ve just downloaded your FANTASTIC FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, but you’ve got even better products in your inventory. Upsell 👆 your other paid products/services straight after they’ve got their free value 💰. They are in the mindset that you’re great value for money (they’ve just got shit for free) and most importantly they’re cooperating as they’ve provided their email. Don’t forget to discount on your upsell. “60% OFF THIS WEEK ONLY”. More discounted value! Listen👂, it doesn’t really have to be discounted, it’s your products so you can make up your own prices, but show that discount as it’s ATTRACTIVE 😍. This upsell doesn’t have to be your main product service of your business. It could be an upgrade of the FREE download 💪 ; for example, instead of 10 templates for free, they can pay a discounted price of £19.99 for 50 templates. The most important thing is you’ve collected emails. Emails are gold dust for a business as it’s DIRECT marketing straight into your ideal customer’s inbox.

Systemising Your Business
Right now, chances are you spend most your time working IN your business and not enough time working ON your business... sound about right? Systemisation is the KEY to changing that and becoming a business owner, rather than just a worker. Systemisation is broken down into 3 STEPS: Automation, Outsourcing & Procedures ⭐ 🖥 AUTOMATION 🖥 This is where you apply softwares to your business to have things run automatically, without the need of humans time/energy. Examples of these can be automated messages you send to guests, or a streamlined online payment process that takes the guests all the way through to check out. Automation is vital as it frees up time due to most jobs in your business not actually needing a human touch. 👨‍💻️ OUTSOURCING 👨‍💻️ This is when you delegate tasks and responsibilities to individuals instead of taking on the work load yourself. This is usually needed for jobs that require a human touch, such a cleaning or customer service. 📑 PROCEDURES 📑 This is set steps that should be followed to do certain tasks within the business. For example, the way your sales team should close deals, or what to do if a customer is wanting a refund. Procedures create clarity and order within your business, reducing the risk of mistakes. Systemisation is vital for growth, letting you focus on expansion, raising more capital and creating new/better products and services. It's also how you're going to live out your dream, sipping mojitos on the beach! We're going to be releasing an exclusive course on systemisation, explaining in depth how to systemise all aspects of your business and which companies we recommend you use. Keep a look out as it's not one to miss! Do you systemise your business? What do you do to make it run smoothly?
