Warranties
At Ascension Automotive we offer a visual-warranty for our tints; “If after the curing process is completed you find any bubbles/and or contamination we will prioritize you as a client and re-do that window free of charge. On the other side, Ceramic Pro Offers a Warranty through their company. We would be responsible for doing the labor, but get paid through Ceramic Pro.” Do you offer any warranties for your automotive services? Do you ever notice your warranty being abused?

Enough to go around!
When you see another automotive company pop up around your area, don't jump the gun to think they are going to put you out of business. Having a similar company nearby is a great opportunity to connect, and send each other work... We do not think of anyone as "competition" but rather an opportunity to work together and grow! PS... Learn each of your strength and weakness's to help each other grow and have the highest satisfaction rate with your clients.

Headlight Restoration
One of the easiest up-sales in the detailing industry is headlight restoration. When walking into a detail, if you notice foggy headlights, pitch your client on a headlight restoration. Explain that this will help the aesthetics as well as the visibility. A perfectly mirrored exterior can be completely ruined by those pesky foggy headlights, but that doesn’t have to be the case. Have you ever restored a customer's headlights?

Where Do I Even Start?
When you begin thinking about opening an automotive company, it can be very overwhelming! David and I started by doing product research, and creating detailing packages for what products we could get. Finding products that have the best “bang for your buck” is the BEST starting point in my opinion. We found the “Detail King Start-Up Kit #1” to have the best value per dollar, and include everything to have proficient and high ticket detailing packages! If you have already started your automotive company journey, where did you start first?

High-Ticket Based Vs. Volume Based
There are two main ways to run your automotive company; volume based or high-ticket based. Volume based is purely getting cars in and out, less focused on quality and price, more focused on amount of cars serviced. Volume based companies are often less concerned about PPF and ceramic coatings, and more focused on quicker jobs. High-ticket based is mostly concerned about quality of work, price of job, and higher-ticket services, like PPF, tints, and ceramic coating. Ascension Automotive is a high-ticket based company focused on perfection. Is your automotive company volume based, or high-ticket based?”
