I don't love cold calling.
I don't mind it once I'm into it and I'm in the flow but I certainly don't wake up and think, I can't wait to make 100 dials today.
I don't love cold calling but I do love how challenging it is. It builds character.
Life is hard and from my short experience it only gets harder. I'm 33 but I'm sure there are others in the community that can attest to this.
Kids, mortgages, loved ones start dying around us, if you get married, half of us will get divorced.
Here in the UK we have an incompetent government and bank of England that can't run a country. I know this is the case worldwide.
Depending on where you live here, buying a house is your life's work, inflation, interest rates rising every week, high taxes.
Ahh it stinks. ๐ฉ
Nobody is coming to save us.
Luckily we are in the profession of sales. One of a few professions where you can write your own pay check.
Now, money won't solve all of your problems but not having enough of it will certainly cause some more. Especially in times like these.
I can see the experience levels vary from just getting started to fairly experienced. Wherever you are at, mastering the prospecting call is hard.
But so is not mastering it.
Whatever path you take it will be hard.
If you can accept that, it becomes easier. There is only one option left; push through the pain.
Short term pain for long term gain.
Hopefully the hang up and this community will help you get there.
Thank you to all of you for joining me here. The level of discussion after only a couple of days is great to see.
I'm also here to help so let me know if I can.
DM me any time.
