Giving a "what we do pitch"
Now I'm sure everyone here knows we don't do this at the start of the call, rather we use the pain points.
However, there have been times lately where I've had to deploy more of a heres-what-we-do statement.
Granted, this could be because pain points don't land etc etc, but sometimes the person on the phone has no idea what it is we do and providing some type of context can help.
The trick is, how do you do this without vomiting a pitch? This is where I used to always fuck up.
But the good old "If I told you" method helps massively.
So for a software company that records calls "if I told you that we use AI and tech to solve those issues I mentioned and record sales conversations to give feedback, what would you tell me?/ i assume you'd tell me you can already do that? Etc
Ita helped me get out if some jams in the past if deployed correctly but keen to get thoughts??
(Ans of course, the main goal should be to never have to need to use it because your pain points land haha)
