Multiple products.. hard to know where to start
Hi All :)
I work for an IT services company who sell various different products for businesses.
From phone systems, IT equipment, Back up for accountancy software like Xero, to IT support, to cyber security solutions. It means a lot of businesses need these solutions but I never know where to start when it comes to educating the prospects on all of our products.
It means I often use the hook of a free cyber security assessment we offer but with this I am risking missing those that need a new phone system or need an out sourced IT help desk.
Should I be doing many campaigns to the same audience around different products, or sticking to one product until I have a good relationship with them and then educating them on our other products?
Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
