Today I’m in Brisbane. I’ve already had a meeting with my Chairman in regards to our strategy towards our first acquisiton. And I’ve just come out of my first meeting with an outside accounting firm (top 8). About to go into my next. The first meeting was embarassing. The SENIOR PARTNER casually dressed, the remainder of the workers wearing fucking t shirts and jeans with runners on. Meanwhile I’m prepared with my executive summary in presentation form. 3-piece suit. you could sense the embarrassment. All you need is a winning edge. That being my 3 piece suit (my uniform). And you’ve got them… any advantage you can get.

Today I’ve hit the ground running. Visualising my goals is important, and one better, having a obvious reminder in front of my face all day while I work keeps me on track to make sure I’m focused on my goals. Something as simple as printing out your goals and setting clear and attainable actions that move you closer to that goal every second of the day make failure impossible.

My team is as follows and have all been acquired via LinkedIn and cold calling. Board of Directors: -Chairman -CFO/Accounting Specialist -Industry Expert - Clinical Governance Director Outside Firms (Top 10) - Accounting Firm - Law Firm I’m a startup company that specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions. And my team reflects that. The question you should be asking yourself is “how the fuck did he manage to fill his entire team up with $0 and NO BUSINESS PLAN?!?!?!” It wasn’t hard. I just knew what my goals were and where I want to end up. I knew I wanted to be successful so I found and followed a guideline to do so. I’m giving myself the best chance of success…. Are you?
