After work meal

Gooood morning Vietnam! Hahaha My sergeant major from my old unit would say that every morning. I asked him why he would say it every morning. He replied , it reminds me I’m at war everyday with myself. Now I carry that with me to remind myself to never get comfortable and to get on my shit!! On another note, how's everyone doing?! My dinner from yesterday. Fasted all day just drank water, worked 18 hours. I usually am exhausted working all day and I just buy truck stop food (I’m a truck driver in the Permian basin area).I pushed myself to make myself something healthy. I have a meal for tomorrow. I’m going to do a workout and get on these loads. Everyone have a blessed and productive day! Let’s go!
