Less Pressure for Aesthetics: Unlike summer, winter often means wearing layers, so it’s easier to focus on building strength without the immediate emphasis on staying lean. 3. Cold Sleeping: Winter nights are longer and colder so achieving 7-9 hours of sleep will be easier than ever. 4. Winter demands: As you all know this is the hardest season to live, it requires the most discipline and commitment.
