Bad days are OK
Today I had very low energy levels. It happens sometimes. We're all human.
It's important that you don't stay in that mood. ''Yeah I had a bad day, workout was shit'' etc. etc.
And I get that.
Just do a bit lighter weight.
Come back another day.
Something > nothing.
