Alright guys so, I kinda found the direction I want to go with this community. Idk about you, but I get so sick of all these people saying that it's OK to be fat. It's not.
The same kind of people saying those kind of things are the same people who will say that working out is bad, eating eggs are bad, eating steak is bad and that cows are bad for the environment lol.
So the fundamentals would be; having a great workout regime, eating whole nutrient-dense foods and building mental resilience.
