Hi everyone! My name is Claudine and I will be posting the accountability threads in this group daily. It's Day 1! Just pop in and say "I did it!" meaning that you did your Burst already today. Note: Some people will do 1 Burst per day, some 3 per week, and some will do Multiple bursts per day. This isn't a contest and anything over 3 bursts per week will change your heart and fitness and muscle tone for the better. But just get in the habit of checking in here to post on the daily thread whenever you burst! (It matters btw, for changing your programming and Neural Net for the better, but I'll share more about that on another day. Happy Bursting everyone!
