3 things I learned after making $10k+ with Skool DM's
I slept on this feature for TOO LONG. (skip to the bottom for some bonus action steps) After bringing in a couple grand in the final hours of the skool games, I realized there were a few key secrets to convert free members to paid members via the DM feature: 1. Start conversations with the auto dm by asking a "pre-answered" question 💌 - This means you ask a this-or-that question where the member doesn't have to do a lot of thinking to answer. Keep this question short and relevant. Example: "Have you ever done copywriting before, or are you new to the industry?" 2. Use DM's to promote your calls as "value ads" and make sales live 📞 - Design your sales call scripts to add genuine value to your prospects, so when you promote a "strategy call" it's genuinely giving them a strategy. Solve a real problem for your members. - Then use short DM's to promote these calls as the solution to helping the member achieve a goal 3. Customize DM's 😎 - Don't just copy paste a dm to everyone in your group. The body of a promotional dm can stay the same but at the very least customize the name, using either an automation or manually Good copy should speak to the desires of your audience even when you're pitching Now, based on results I've seen with my top clients, and my own community, these are a couple bonus rules I follow: - Keep DM's under 100 words - Give people the full URL for whatever your CTA is (you can't hyperlink) - Send DM's 1-3 times per week (more than that gets ignored/causes churn) - Use the DM's to promote, while adding value via classroom, calls, and posts Cheers!

Partial refund feature for annual
Would be amazing to have a partial refund feature for those who request one a few months into annual.

How to make offers that convert like a MF
I have discovered the secret to making any offer instantly 2x its conversions thanks to Andrew Kirby. In fact, I don't see how this could fail. It works every time like a science. It's called the Boolean Rule ...and it has completely changed my perspective on offers. To quote Andrew Kirby since this is something I struggled with as well: “When I started my online business, I made VAGUE offers to a VAGUE group of people promising to solve a VAGUE problem.” These VAGUE offers make no money. So Wtf is even a Boolean? How does it fix this? In this context, it means making an offer that has a clear, quantifiable yes or no outcome. Key word: quantifiable Boolean offer examples: Before: "To get in shape" After: "To bench 420lbs" Before: "To beat bad habits" After: "To never smoke a cigarette again” Before: “become rich” After: “make $69k/month” Promise a specific person a specific outcome, and your marketing and sales will became easier than ever! Because the offer is more attractive, and customers are happier because it was clear when the they get the outcome.

❗#5 on Discovery With ONLY 55 members: Here's how I did it
I've been trying to master engagement in my community for a LONG time now. After I learned that more engagement = people staying longer = more money for me... I KNEW I had to focus on it. So I tried out posting every single day.. To get members to dm each other.. and none of it worked. Until... I tried only 3 things: something that, if you apply it, will make your community BLOW up. And is now the reason I've had members stay at a price of 399-799 for MORE THAN 3-4 MONTHS!!! Seriously. its only 3. And it took me from rank #2000 3 months ago to being #5 in the ENTIRE productivity niche. with: 1. only 55 members (I'm going up against people with 14k+ MEMBERS!!!) 2. Me BARELY posting in there (I'm a lazy fuck sometimes) 3. results so crazy we had to dial it back So what are these 3 things?: 1. Make a course that forces people to post (accountability posting) 2. Do onboarding calls with groups of 2-3 people at a time: give them a group activity to do then post. Make sure this project takes 3 days to complete (day 1: post this, Day 2: post again, Day 3: post again) 3. Incentivize: If they hit x amount of activities/month, give them a CASH prize at the end of the month! It's that simple. I don't even need to elaborate cause it's all there. i kid you not this is all I do. BUT BE CAREFUL!!!! It might cause TOO much engagement like it did for us LMAO. We had to lower the cash prize to get people to stop being so active lol that's all I have for today, will be back with more wins soon. until again, baneet
