BINGE RECOVERY
It happened. I had a Friday Through Monday S.A.D. Foods Including pizza 🍕, pasta 🍝 , sugar ❄️, oil and salt 🧂. I did not hugely overdo it with the food, but I had a sugar binge. As my joints were hurting later Monday evening after getting back at 9 PM from the Italian Restaurant after prayer at church ⛪️. (Christians like to eat out together after everything and Fellowship 🐷 🍱 ⛪️). I thought to myself, “Why do I do this? When I know from Chris Beat Cancer that Sugar is CANCER FOOD!! Cheese 🧀 is BREAST CANCER! I know this! 🥤 “. I answered this question 🙋‍♀️. I decided last weekend to eat Standard American Diet Foods. I have gained 5 lbs. from my lowest this year August at 179.7 It was a CHOICE. I made the choice to eat the SAD Food. I didn’t meal prep, bring food with me or any planned eating. I PAID THE PRICE! My tummy got constipated 💩. I was bloated. My hands hurt. My joints hurt. Inflammation was in full effect. Tuesday I CHOSE to DO WHAT WORKS. Fasted and hydrated 💦 Increased my water. 💧 Ate when hungry which took 21 hours. Ate a 1200 Calorie Diet on Tuesday and Today. Bloating is gone. Hands feel better Did 45 min of yoga this morning Increased energy Less inflammation Mobility increased STOPPED 🛑 EATING NO SNACKING LOTS OF WATER 💦 KEEP IT MOVING “Motion is Lotion 🧴 “ Today, DOWN -2 Lbs.. +3 Lbs. more to go to be back at my lowest weight.

@Teresa Tubbs Thank you so much for sharing this & I applaud you for your recovery plan (& your updates after this post)!!🙏💗🕊️🧘‍♀️ I often have difficulty hearing my thoughts (& feelings) before/as I eat non-Nutritarian, especially when with others. You wrote: "I thought to myself, "Why do I do this?'" (add to that list your post of Podcast: pain & inflammation😉)... then you answered: "I decided last weekend to eat Standard American Diet Foods. I didn’t meal prep, bring food with me or any planned eating." 💡At what point did you feel yourself making that choice❓As Cheri says, it's never an emergency to just not eat (& we can usually find better alternatives). I have too many similar people as you described who like to share SAD products, and though I believe these foods don't help me avoid migraines (besides those countless other harmful effects), I somehow still eat them. Did you apply the model (CTFAR) at any point to this situation? How rare is this for you (& others who I hope will reply!)? I can go months 100% Nutritarian, then fall into days of not (almost wish I'd get a migraine immediately, with every bite!) Can we learn from our "choices" together? 💞🙏🔍

@Cheri Salcedo If you are trying to email everyone (not just the ETL family), I also haven't received an email from you since September 10th. That email came from email@howtostopbingeeatingforever.com. BTW, I had to search my emails with howtostopbingeeatingforever because the 2 emails from that email address (the other on Sep 8th) didn't have your name connected to it in my email program.

@Cheri Salcedo It'd be helpful to have the YouTube link (in addition to the FB link) on the calendar BEFORE the event & AFTER the event. For last week's live video, the FB link was there beforehand & it's still on there for that day, so maybe the YT link could be added. I find the calendar a better visual & something other than the many postings to sort through.

@Karey Spirit Yes, the all-time leaderboard will always be the highest; the other time-frames (7 & 30 days) depend on how many likes were given in those time periods. For the levels, only the all-time points matter. Currently, only level 2 unlocks additional content (see attachment). Is this any clearer now?💐💗

@Karey Spirit If you look at each member's page, you can see their contributions & how many likes each received (click on # next to 👍). The points here are only for this new group. They can add up, especially with a lot of posts! 💞 (And right now, the first 5 points are the only points that get you any additional content: Quick Start Program in Classroom.)
