It happened. I had a Friday Through Monday S.A.D. Foods Including pizza 🍕, pasta 🍝 , sugar ❄️, oil and salt 🧂. I did not hugely overdo it with the food, but I had a sugar binge. As my joints were hurting later Monday evening after getting back at 9 PM from the Italian Restaurant after prayer at church ⛪️. (Christians like to eat out together after everything and Fellowship 🐷 🍱 ⛪️). I thought to myself, “Why do I do this? When I know from Chris Beat Cancer that Sugar is CANCER FOOD!! Cheese 🧀 is BREAST CANCER! I know this! 🥤 “. I answered this question 🙋♀️. I decided last weekend to eat Standard American Diet Foods. I have gained 5 lbs. from my lowest this year August at 179.7 It was a CHOICE. I made the choice to eat the SAD Food. I didn’t meal prep, bring food with me or any planned eating. I PAID THE PRICE! My tummy got constipated 💩. I was bloated. My hands hurt. My joints hurt. Inflammation was in full effect. Tuesday I CHOSE to DO WHAT WORKS. Fasted and hydrated 💦 Increased my water. 💧 Ate when hungry which took 21 hours. Ate a 1200 Calorie Diet on Tuesday and Today. Bloating is gone. Hands feel better Did 45 min of yoga this morning Increased energy Less inflammation Mobility increased STOPPED 🛑 EATING NO SNACKING LOTS OF WATER 💦 KEEP IT MOVING “Motion is Lotion 🧴 “ Today, DOWN -2 Lbs.. +3 Lbs. more to go to be back at my lowest weight.
