Follow Up Prompt
I’m using context for AI follow up via sms. Does anyone have a good prompt that isn’t so robotic and salesy? Most of the follow ups are basically the same follow up message just worded differently. Would like it to be more creative to prompt a response.

Hmmm...what does your prompt look like now? You would just need to turn up the temperature and it wont be so structured. But then prompt it to be silly or not as robotic.

Ask caller to confirm company name
Is there a way we can get the bot to confirm the name and business of the caller before moving forward, then if they don't match to stop the conversation?

Tasks 1) Ask the user what their first and last is and thename of their business. - If the business name doesn't match XYZ, then politely tell the user we can not help them and stop the conversation. Or end it however you want. @Jace Nelson

Thought on appt booking
So we have the traditional booking bot and was doing some testing. Sending someone a link to click and enroll takes about 2 minutes. Using sms to go through the booking flow takes @ 7mins. But, what about an inbound call to the virtual assistant? Less than 2 minutes. recording attached.
