Is there a way to link Assistable to Airtable like in other platforms? Or is there a chance of us seeing this anytime soon? I've seen this being implemented a lot and think it may be a good way for reporting to clients rather than everything being on High Level

@Jorden Williams is there a way to transfer a call with the custom tools? For the life of me the agent will not transfer a call. I've tried recreating the agent, and doing a simple prompt with only the call transfer tool. No go. It is running on twilio number not lc or assistable. Anyone have any ideas?

This is more of a GHL question, I opened a ticket them but havent heard much so I figured I would check in here to see if anyone else has gotten this bug and know a solution. Our messages stop sending out at night and we get an error that says we have hit our SMS limit. Our limit is set to 5000 so we haven't really come close to reaching it.

I actualized the prompt with some missing information, and some pricing services, but the AI kept saying that she didn't have information about that, and in some cases, she is saying some random prices Help me, please. @Assistable Team @Jorden Williams

Looks like my chat version of the AI collects all the data from the custom tool pull (about 247 items), but on the call version of the same AI with the same custom tool but on a phone call it is only pulling 25 items. Any fixes for this issue?
