Zappy Chat has a native chat widget as well as a native chat form. It works pretty well except it requires the email to be added which is a bit of a turn off from a visitor perspective (not sure if GHL allows the ability to create a contact without an email or phone #) and you can really only have one set of FAQ’s per location which kills any opportunity to build something for support or for clients with multiple business scenarios. If the voice widget could update contact info into GHL and book appointments, that would be a total game changer for sales as well as support.
