Do we have a snapshot for small business using all AI features inbound and outbound calls. All the basic GHl workflows all build out ? I am having clients in multiple different industries HVAC, dentist, chiro, physio , landscaping etc Any direction would be of great help. Something that you have really used it effectively

So, if you have the $97 plan of GHL and want to use assistable - here is how you do it: - Dont connect to the agency in the admin portal -> we'll do that later - Copy your custom menu link like normal into ghl - Navigate to your subaccount and click on the custom menu link - Since you dont have an agency connection in the admin portal it will trigger a hidden popup asking to connect to your subaccount - click connect and log into leadconnectorhq - After you have been directed to leadconnectorhq, navigate back to the subaccount you want to connect - click on the custom menu link and the popup will reappear - click connect, it will take you to the GHL auth page - CLICK THE SUBACCOUNT YOU ARE IN *********** - once you have done that, you will be directed and connected and that will allow you to connect to assistable at the subacct level just go to each sub you want to connect and do the same (you wont have to do the leadconnectorhq redirect step - you can just click into the accts and connect)

The workflow action conversation logs isnt up yet, but if you need it, here's a custom tool with the details to set it up. See image. Remember, every letter and space has to be exactly that, except add your own bearer token that you can grab from your assistable dashboard>settings>integrations>restapi https://createassistants.com/api/1.1/wf/conversation-logs

Twilio Rebilling In GHL
Someone asked about subaccounts using Twilio Rebilling in GHL. Below is what the GHL's chatbot said regarding this. BTW if you hate switching to Twilio then make your life easier by voting for this GHL feature. https://www.skool.com/assistable/if-you-hate-the-idea-of-switching-to-twilio-to-use-ai?p=87b26be0 As of January 25th, 2023, Phone Rebilling is available for the $297/Month and $2970/Year plans, but only for sub-accounts using LeadConnector Phone, not Twilio. Twilio rebilling is available for the $497 Pro Plan. To enable Twilio rebilling, ensure you are on the Pro Plan, have a connected Stripe account, and have at least one client ready to add their credit card information.

If you want to text and call from ONE phone number WITHOUT tediously switching each subaccount from LC phone over to twilio, then upvote this in ghl ideas. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/ad-reporting-and-attribution/p/allow-sip-trunking-in-lc-phone This idea is to allow for sip trunking within LC phone itself instead of having to move over to twilio. 🛠️💥 Let's riot at GHLs door.
