[Classroom] Add & Remove Tags Guide
Let me learn ya something. Here is how you create autonomous actions in the tool builder using the pre-built configurations - we are starting with add and remove tags. Examples included are both add and remove tags and I did it with no prompt to show how to make it "autonomous". It ALL comes down to your description. Now... Description is how, why, when, where, what type stuff. You need to tell the AI exactly when and under what condition to do this or else its lost in the sauce. Seriously think about this and lets get into the mind of a computer. Description: "Add tag qualified when the lead is qualified" AI: What does qualified mean? Who is the lead? what is tag qualified mean? ^^ That can cause issues in AI in general. remember, AI is not super smart. its just good at replying so lets get a little specific with what we want it to do here: Description: "Use this tool to add the tag gohighlevel to the user in the CRM whenever the user has proclaimed they use gohighlevel or GHL." AI: ok... whenever the user has proclaimed they use gohighlevel or ghl, I use that tool to add the tag gohighlevel to the user. Got it. See the difference? [Classroom] Add & Remove Tags Guide
Knowledge base not being fully utilized
Hey guys, I'm having an issue with a bot only offering some of the services that are available for an eyelash spa, For example I'll ask it about eyebrow services, it'll list all but 1 almost every time. It's clearly laid out in a google doc in the knowledge base. Any tricks to sort this out?

doc upload is backed up - use Text or FAQ should getting running proper, also rag is not shared in voice so recommended to be added in prompt OR if you are techincal / familiar with JSON and tool calling, in the tools is a great place for context as well
Call center - transfer bot
Has anyone been using voice AI for this? I started testing this on 600 leads Monday, says it used 3091 mins in 2 days but I cant seem to figure out how, since only 9 transfers were sent over. I think it may be getting caught up on VM, even though its off, and i did turn it on and off per Jorden on another post I saw. Anyone having same issues or having great success with this? I bought 19,000 mins thinking it would last all month but i don't know if it will at this point.
