The Truth About Stress [pt.2 Self-Love Series]
Daily Dose of Integrity Full length video out today! This is part 2 of a 6-part series on self-love. Stress is primarily caused by high cortisol levels, which can persist for long periods, such as a year after a stressful event like moving house or even five years after grieving a loved one. Stress can manifest in various ways, including irritability, exhaustion, and physical health issues like heart disease. Stress is often a reaction to things outside one's control and is the opposite of happiness, which involves contentment with the present. This video looks at how stress relates to self-acceptance, and explores enjoying the process to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. The simplest way to make your life better is to focus on reducing stress
Take Control: Transform Your Anger Into Power! đŸ’ȘđŸ”„
Daily Dose of Integrity If you're someone who feels that you can't control your anger or you feel that you're really powerless, helpless and things are unfair—just know you're doing this to yourself. You're doing this to yourself by disrespecting yourself when you're irritated and, instead of speaking your mind or at least leaving the situation, you just sit there, suppressing and tolerating shitty treatment. That's not other people’s fault. You're choosing that. You're enduring that by choice. When you change that decision, you'll change your whole life and you'll change your relationships with other people. I speak from the heart and from my own experience. This is something I had to go through myself. There's been plenty of times where I've put others in danger because I didn't manage my anger properly. I didn't realize that it's because I'm letting other people, who haven't earned that right, walk all over me. To dive deeper into this topic, check out the original video here: https://youtu.be/Z-fyUyzBeuY

@Scott Harvey yeah I used to put holes in walls myself. Learned the key was to release anger earlier, as soon as it came up
**FEATURED COURSE OF THE WEEK**
(Each week I'll feature a course with a 7-day discount!) -------------------- "Blasting Through Setbacks" - Just $5 for this week only! Things WILL Go Wrong... If you're not equipped to deal with things going wrong, you're going to struggle with a lot of life. Life doesn't care about your goals or plans. Life doesn't care about your hopes and expectations. And life certainly doesn't care about your opinion on how things "should" go. Your behaviour is under your control... everything else in life is not! In this course, we're going to dive into what happens when your carefully planned goals don't end up working out like you'd hoped. We're going to look at dealing with "derailers" (people/things that interfere), obstacles, setbacks, and failures - the real-life problems you'll face in your journey of growth. We'll talk about how to prevent things going wrong as much as humanly possible so that when they do go wrong you know you've done all you can. We will explore the philosophy and mindset you need to cultivate to ensure your reaction to things going wrong is healthy and helpful. We will draw up detailed step-by-step responses to derailers, obstacles, setbacks, and failures, to ensure you grow from these problems rather than fall. No battle plan survives contact with the enemy. So let's talk about how to manage the inevitable surprises life has in store for you... Get it this week only for just $5! https://www.skool.com/brojo-the-integrity-army-6491/classroom/82f3ffc6?md=78d86eed4f6f47c9acd0fc2b73b7a400

Psychopathic Confidence: Unleashing Your Shadow's Power
My new course is finally available, and with an $80 discount for this week only! Tap Into the Dark Power of Psychopathy in A Healthy Way to Achieve Unbreakable Self Confidence and Remove All Self Doubt Most people hear the word "psychopath" and think of criminals who cause lots of harm. But this is only because the media and the psychology institutes have only every studied disordered psychopaths. What about the successful ones?! There are millions of people around the world who score highly in psychopathic traits, and yet they've never been to prison and rarely harm others. And they are super successful. They are top surgeons, military leaders, powerful politicians, CEOs, lawyers, business leaders, and even gurus improving the lives of their millions of followers. They share traits that most people can only dream of having: - No self doubt - always backing yourself to do what you think is right - Clear decisive thinking - able to calculate risks without emotion and make the best moves - Social charm and charisma - leading to success in friendships, relationships and career networks - Cool under pressure - putting them in valuable positions with tonnes of responsibility - Necessary ruthlessness - no one can ever manipulate or hurt them or their loved ones - Not caring what others think of them - able to make decisions free of shame and people pleasing urges Doesn't that sound good to you?? In this course, I will tap into my extensive experience working with psychopathic personalities - the most naturally confident people in the world - to extract the wisdom and personality traits they have in common that makes them so successful and so much better able to enjoy their lives than others. I will show you how to adopt traits like bravery, decisiveness, risk-taking, ruthlessness and charm, without becoming more harmful, selfish or narcissistic. I myself score highly in psychopathic traits (i.e. I'm neurodivergent), and once I learned to exploit these strengths instead of hiding them behind people-pleasing, I was able to launch a successful business, create a relationship and family with the woman of my dreams, and completely cure myself of worrying what others think of me.

Incredible Strength đŸ’Ș: The Truth About Life's Tragedies
I've got nothing but sympathy for suicide victims. I get giving up. There are a lot of reasons to give up and people who don't give up are incredibly courageous. If you find yourself saying things like "I suck" or "Life's terrible" that only shows how well you're doing! If you think life's terrible and you're still persisting, persevering and pressing on, bravo! It's easy to carry on when life's easy. If you can keep carrying on when life's hard, why wouldn't you pat yourself on the back for that? When you say "I have bad luck", you should ask yourself—how accurate is that? Ask yourself if that is really true. Do you have bad luck very minute of the day? In which minutes exactly did “bad luck” things happen? I had a client recently who had a number of bereavements in one year. On an average, my client lost one person a month, for 6 months. That is pretty rough. I'm sure the sense of grief was almost constantly present throughout those 6 months. I don't mean to sound callous about it, but if we apply the same logic to “good” and “bad” luck, does that mean that the rest of the time, all those days when nobody died, my client had a string of good luck?
