I have a question for you.
How long does it take you to go from just waking up to walking into work for a full shift of work? When thinking about your answer, imagine waking up to the sight of someone with a stopwatch and clipboard saying, “GO!” How long does it take you to get ready? Where are you fast? Where are you slow? Depends on if I’m working out or not. I could be ready in 30 but that’s not ideal.

@Casey Sheehan Where do I begin? Casey and I started working together in April. He came to the table with lofty goals and a will to win. It was NEVER a matter of if. It was a matter of when from the jump. Together, we have developed a diet and training plan that works for his lifestyle and goals. Just recently, he announced that he will be running the Chicago Marathon. In addition to his pursuit of an improved body composition and physique, he is now CRUSHING his marathon race preparation program. Casey is disciplined. Consistent. He has and continues to adhere to the plan. Most importantly, he believes and knows that he will achieve his goals. He is an absolute savage and inspiration!!!

Hi!
Hi! I am graduating nursing school in one week 🥳 and start working in June. I am trying to get a good schedule going now that I have more time but also am about to transition into a new role. My goal is to become a navy nurse but need to work on my weight and fitness. I really want to work on my cardiovascular health and running a half marathon while also strength training.
