Hello everyone, I’m Trixie a junior medical student. I have gained a bit of weight in the past 6 months due to bad habits and depression, so I’m planning on taking control over my health and get all those endorphins. I’m super happy to be here, it is exactly what I needed and I’ll probably get my friends to join too. 🩷

Hi! I am graduating nursing school in one week 🥳 and start working in June. I am trying to get a good schedule going now that I have more time but also am about to transition into a new role. My goal is to become a navy nurse but need to work on my weight and fitness. I really want to work on my cardiovascular health and running a half marathon while also strength training.

Hi! My name is Ava and I am currently a premed. I graduated last year with my BS in neuropsychology and am actually taking the MCAT next weekend. I am also currently working as a pharmacy technician. I have struggled with fitness and health since starting high school, as the first year of high school I gained 80 lbs out of seemingly nowhere. Throughout college I would try and workout/eat healthily off and on but felt like I could never stick to things because of stress and how busy I was. I think it’s important that I make the decision to fix my health now, as a premed, in order to continue to be healthy down the road throughout medical school and on. I’m excited to be here!

Introduction
I’m a RN. My background was previously critical care and emergency medicine. I recently took a job as a nurse manager, and it has totally thrown my entire routine for a loop. so I am back to establishing schedule and sticking to my routine. I am having trouble working in my meal planning as I used to work three 12s and now I work 5 days a week.
