This Community is a Priceless Gift to Me This Year
This year, apart from the gift of life, my greatest blessing has been becoming part of this group. Yesterday, I had an incredible coffee chat with @Gordon D Melville, and it was a conversation I'll never forget. As we spoke, I couldn't help but think, "Why didn't I meet someone like him sooner?" His wisdom, warmth, and the way our journeys and spiritual paths aligned made it a truly profound experience. I owe a huge thank you to @Suzanne Taylor-King for opening this door for me and welcoming me into this community. I can't express how much it means to be here, and I promise, wherever life takes me—whatever stage I find myself on—I will proudly share the impact of this group. I know I am new here, but I have the gift of knowing how far something can take me day 1. I've attached a video sharing my story, and why I do what I do with NO HUMAN IS USELESS. I'm so eager to connect with each of you and learn from your experiences. And tomorrow is a big day for me—my international book launch! Please, wish me luck as I step into this new chapter, and I’ll be sharing the link tomorrow. Your support would mean the world to me!

Embrace the Mess ...sometimes!
I used to beat myself up about my messy desk. Not anymore. Last week, I had a breakthrough on a project I'd been stuck on for months. The twist? It happened in my chaotic living room, not my tidy office. Toys scattered on the floor. Books piled high on every surface. In that moment, I realized something profound. The mess wasn't a distraction. It was a catalyst for creativity. Research backs this up. A study from the University of Minnesota found that people in messy rooms came up with more creative ideas. Why? Disorder challenges our conventional thinking. It forces our brains to make new connections. To see possibilities where we didn't before. Now, I'm not saying to never clean again. But maybe, just maybe, a little chaos is exactly what we need sometimes. To break out of our routines. To think differently. To innovate. So the next time you're feeling stuck, try embracing a bit of mess. You might be surprised at the ideas that emerge. What unconventional methods help you think creatively? Share below!

Love this! 🥰🥰 I’ve always said, “A little chaos never hurt anyone—except maybe the poor soul who steps on a stray Lego.” But seriously, you’re onto something. Sometimes, trying too hard to keep everything tidy can box us in, mentally. I’ve had some of my best ideas while staring at a cluttered counter or walking through a room that looks like a laundry bomb went off. It’s like the mess gives your brain permission to loosen up and think outside the lines. As for unconventional methods, does pacing in circles while talking to myself count? Because that seems to unlock some next-level ideas. 🤣🤣

A Pleasure To Connect with Lindsay Hack and a Shoutout to STK
I wanted to give a shout out to @Lindsay Hack after our fun and chatty connection call. We both also found it fascinating that @Suzanne Taylor-King has this amazing ability to attract and connect with very authentic individuals, and then connects those individuals with each other. We compared other networking groups, and agreed that what STK has created here is truly refreshing. You can actually are with people who know that connection and getting to know each other is what it's all about. (no secret agendas or hidden pitches) So a shout out to Suzanne for creating this amazing community where we can connect with entrepreneurs and visionaries that "get it." A little bit more about myself and Lindsay, we vibed over having two daughters who are about two years apart in age. (though her daughters are about a decade older than mine) We also both have this life experience of being Western expats living in different countries than we grew up in - Lindsay in Mexico and myself in Thailand. We're also both passionate about parenting and healthy family dynamics, which also contributes to better business dynamics, because everything begins with your core nuclear family. I look forward to getting to know Lindsay even more and connecting with other awesome individuals who know their passions, talk openly about them, and weave them into conversations effortlessly... whether about family, living abroad, or unique business services. I'm all for it! And women in business over 40 who know they should be living more fit and more healthy, I now know that's what Lindsay is all about. Keep the connections coming!

It was such a great connection @Justin Yip! We could of talked for hours. Thank you for staying up late (Thailand time) I love the recap I got from our conversation when I read it as well. And yes shout out to @Suzanne Taylor-King for attracting the best people.
Connecting With My Referral Pod! Coffee Chats All Around!
I just did a warm outreach message to all of the individuals in my referral pod at the suggestion of @Suzanne Taylor-King , who knows it's not easy for me to make most of the times of the calls with me being in Thailand. (I probably would have messaged them on my own anyway lol, her suggestion just sped things up) I'm AMAZED that right away when connecting with these individuals, there's genuine excitement and enthusiasm to connect with each other as entrepreneurs with no expectations, no strings attached. I find that very refreshing and warm-hearted. I want to give a shout out to @Suzanne Taylor-King for creating this community and for bringing together people that have this shared dynamic of really valuing connection in business. There's not there often enough of it in the business world, especially online, but it is much needed. I have a feeling this Idea Lab community is just getting started and it's inevitable that it will only grow to be even more FANTASTIC! Also a shoutout to Referral Pod #4! w/ @Lindsay Hack, @Tina Kadish, @Susie Taylor, @Patricia Lindner, @Nathan Segal, @Neco Turkienicz, @Troy Siewert If there's any upcoming competition of any sort between Referral Pods let us know, Suzanne. Because we are going to win and kick butt! haha
