What are you guys offering?
So just to get some inspiration what are you guys offering with your agencies and how do you fulfill the service. For example: generating Leads using cold emailing. I would love to hear some responses! PS: If you make good money with it you can also tell what you make in MRR (just broad)

This is How I Build a Bulletproof Sales Team and Made $50k MRR
Hiring the right salesperson isn’t just about finding someone who can talk. It’s about finding someone who can listen, think on their feet, and respond QUICKLY! Why? Because SPEED of response shows work ethic. When they treat you like a lead, that’s how they’ll treat your clients. And intelligence? It’s non-negotiable. You want someone who can carry themselves well, not someone who’ll give a sloppy impression of your brand. But even that’s not enough. They also need to listen. If they’re dominating every conversation, it’s a red flag You’re looking for someone who’s socially aware, Who knows when to listen and when to talk. And perhaps the biggest quality? Coachability. Put them through a roleplay and see how they handle feedback. If they take it without ego and improve on the second try, they’re probably a good fit. Now, about product knowledge. It’s overrated. What matters more is prospect knowledge. Who we’re selling to matters more than what we’re selling. Because when you understand the client’s problem inside and out, they’ll believe you’re the one to solve it. These are the things you should look for when hiring now, Once you’ve hired someone, it’s time for the 14-day onboarding period. Here’s what that should look like: They should be bathing in good sales calls. 40 calls, minimum. And if you don’t have great calls recorded? Go out and make them. Because they need to hear what success sounds like. During that time, they’ll also work on mastering the script a question-based framework that naturally leads to the close. It starts with clarifying why they’re there, labelling their problem, Overviewing past experiences and pains, and then offering the solution they need. And once they’ve absorbed this, you roleplay with them every morning to sharpen those skills. Now, the next step. When they’re ready, move them to a half schedule. This way, they’re spending half their day on calls and the other half reviewing what they did right and wrong.

Congrats 50k/mon is crazy! What service do you sell with your agency?
The Power of Connections on Skool 🌐
One thing I totally didn’t expect when I logged into Skool and started diving into the platform was the incredible personal connections that naturally build here! 🤝 Between engaging meetings and fun Zoom calls, the friendships and professional relationships I’ve found are unmatched. I've been super active on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms for years, but none have created this close-knit vibe like Skool does. It's a massive strength here that I think deserves more attention and appreciation. 🙌 Curious to hear from you all, how have you experienced this? Do you feel Skool has something unique here?

How I Avoid Burn Out... 🥵
So after after starting and ending many different habits overtime, I can pretty confidently share the method that has allowed me to avoid getting burnt out! Now, a lot of this method comes from the biggest habit I've built. Going to the gym at least 3 times per week for the last 7 years (besides the few months I couldn't due to a dislocated shoulder rip). Don't let this fool you though... The method is very easily translatable to any other habit you want to build sustainably and have for many years to come! So without further a do, here it is (Check my example at the end to see it in practice): 1. Identify the habit you want to start and more specifically, the end goal you want to achieve. 2. Reverse engineer it to understand what you need to do on a daily basis to hit it. 3. Set yourself up for success: Remove anything from your environment that may lead you to break the habit or fail to even start it! 4. Start small... This is a mistake I see 99% of people do. For example, if someone wants to start hitting the gym, the last thing they wanna do is go from no gym, to gym EVERYDAY! Yes, you can do this for a week or two (or maybe a month if you have a strong mentality), but soon enough it will be too big of a leap for you to sustain. So start small... (Check my example at the end) 5. Track the habit: Create a sheet where you can track progress. Bonus points if you make this accessible to a friend/significant other who can help you stay accountable!! 6. Increase slowly: As you get used to the habit, start ramping it up slowly until you've reached the consistency you need to hit your end goal WITHOUT overdoing it!!! Here's how I'm applying this to my newest habit and goal: 1. Recording and posting content on Youtube to create my personal brand and grow my community 2. In this case, I want to get the maximum exposure possible so my aim is to post as frequently as possible whilst maintaining quality. In this case, my aim is to post every other day.

I go to the gym 6x a week for 3 years now but it never felt like this helps for me. Honestly i struggle a lot with overthinking and black/white thinking for 2 years. Yet i don´t feel super good and mentally healthy but journaling and religion helped me/helps me alot
