Hello, ive been having pain in my forearms recently, and its not soreness. It started happening when i started armwrestling with my friends and now it sometimes occurs during pull day too. The pain doesnt stay for a long time, usually goes away within 20mins. I did some research and apparently its a sign of tendonitis? It would be great if i could get advice on how to recover from this, as i feel its affecting my workouts too. Thank you bros
