I was on the Ronin round up today and had an idea for a tool ai could help me make. Google ads are pretty tedious to use sometimes. You gotta dig through a lot of data to decide what changes to make. Over the past year and a half or so I've come up with a way to reliably get Chiropractors, dentists and roofers leads. I've got ad copy, keywords and a system that manages keywords and ads. I tested it recently on a mobile car detailing company too and it worked like a charm, without my involvement. The problem was the biz owner would have to flip the switches. Today, I created a simple script to do all the button pushing for them so now it gets set up and should run on its own! I'm sure it'll take some refining but I think I can rent out this script and full ad accounts! I could even take on clients at it up and just check to make sure it's working once a week or so. Less work, more money is the best!

I had the honor of meeting up with Travis and 18 other Ronin in Little Rock for the Serve No Master shindig he hosted about a week ago. It was off the chain! The knowledge bombs dropped there blew our minds. I can say that because everyone I spoke with in attendance said the same thing. My brain’s still processing. But here’s where it gets real good for us Rockstars and our Royalties… You may have noticed Travis changed the name of this group by adding a little A.I. to the front. And he’s started taking temperature for some of the A.I. stuff he’s working on. @Travis Sago gave me the thumbs up to start sharing with you guys and gals the new stuff we’re doing in Ronin. It’s the shift. From renting IP to sellers… To how to turn A.I. into useful tools… And then rent those tools out to sellers for royalties. We can create these tools easily with software already out there and make our own little micro SaaS’s to rent out over and over. Or… and I’m just about to explore this as well… If I don’t want to CREATE my own tool, I can rent one already created, and then sub-license it out. Some Ronin are already going nutz with this. Got tinkering over the weekend and made my first AI tool. Mostly for myself. But thought rockstars might get a kick out of it too? I type in a bit of work life experience and some of my interests. It pops out niches I relate to, with pains to solve now, and simple AI tool suggestions to solve them… AI tools simple enough to build in a couple of hours and rent out to them. It also gives me a few NEERs who would benefit getting this tool to their peeps. Not gonna lie, this AI stuff got me more excited than finding the house with unguarded bowls of full size candy bars on halloween. I got a few more tweaks to make on it. But wondering, when it’s ready would you like to take it for a spin?
