How would you set up a Skool for an artist in, let’s say a 360 deal, in a way that the label couldn’t claim rights to the revenue?

Yo! Just joined and found this question. If the 360 deal pertains to all entertainment revenue, then the question really comes down to whether or not what you’re doing inside of Skool is entertainment or education. I look at the contract and interpreting parts of it will help bring clarity.
