Do this before you start - Take a photo of yourself & weigh yourself tomorrow morning to begin the challenge (only 1 photo) Rate out of 10 where you think you are at & rate out of 10 where you are financially. Starting tomorrow, the 3 Day challenge will begin. The challenges are 🌟 Read 10 pages of a self help book 🌟 No alcohol or soft drink 🌟 Drink 2 Litres of water 🌟 Clean eating 🌟 Exercise - 20 mins each day either inside or outside 🌟 Tibetan rights - do the 3 exercises which will take 12 minutes but include the lion breathes In conjunction with the above: Journaling - That night right in your journal of what you manifested that night. Other things to add to each day is manifest at night for the next day. Visualization - If you meet someone new, remember their name and write it down after you have spoken to that person. (put in notes on phone). Break a pattern you do through the day. For example, if you brush your teeth with your right hand, then use your left.
