Native Video Hosting
Does anyone know when native video hosting will be launched? I've seen @Sam Ovens say 2024, but we're at the end and i haven't heard anything as of recent.;

@Sam Ovens Sounds good, thanks for the update!
Primary Source of Lead Generation?
Is organic content creation (TikTok, IG, FaceBook, etc.) your only/preferred method? Do you utilize paid ads? Word of Mouth only? What have you noticed works for YOU and what has failed for you? For me and past communities I've launched/scaled, we primarily used organic content creation with a consistent 45-60 day content plan on their socials. We've only done paid ads one time with very mediocre results (could definitely be something we needed to improve upon on our end) and word of mouth/referrals naturally come in when people enjoy the atmosphere/are receiving a large amount of value. Not everyone has the same method, as lead generation isn't one-size-fits-all! I'm curious what's worked for others, and who knows, maybe you'll inspire someone to try something new or be inspired by someone's method that they use!

Launching a Community is Like Wandering into the Jungle
You've found yourself in awe of the tree-line with your heart racing remembering all the stories you've heard (both good and bad) and sounds of nature that you're hearing. You take a sip of water, take a big inspiring breath, and enter the Jungle 🌴 You quickly find that the Jungle doesn't have a large single trail that leads to your end destination. Every now and then you come across paths that appear to be human-made, and they feel more safe/comfortable than wandering through the shrubs and trees... but there's something special about getting lost and coming across strange/scary plants and animals that you otherwise wouldn't have seen following the path. Coming across some of these animals instills a fear in you, but you push through and gain confidence in your abilities. Some time passes by and you realize you're no longer following a trail, but you have now come to an unimaginable, indescribable, beautiful waterfall that leads into a grand body of water. This is just like the amazing stories you've heard other people accomplishing, but you're the one who's here now 🌊 Starting a community is the perfect blend of scary and beautiful. From the outside it's nothing but noise of success and failures. But once you enter, you quickly realize that there's no one-size-fits-all blueprint to immediate success. More often than not, you'll have to wander off-path and try new things. You'll come across scary animals (technical difficulties, trolls/difficult members, months with higher churn, etc.), beautiful/instagrammable scenery (increased retention, first few success stories from members, higher engagement numbers, etc.), and eventually you'll reach this oasis that is the end destination (leaving your current 9-5, high percentage of your members achieving success, etc.). Don't be scared to enter the Jungle. Be confident in your abilities and skills that you currently have, and take the first step. Find your Oasis.

@Greg Smith thank you!
Don't Give Up.
Most people are too scared to start because they're afraid of failure and what others will think of them. Remove these people from your life and surround yourself with people who are ambitious, driven, and more successful than you as these people will be the ones that truly inspire you to START. I find that many people that DO start end up giving up on their hopes/goals at the first sign of resistance. Working through resistance is what will bring you closer to your goal, not the opposite! Keep your goals in sight and enjoy the process of achieving them. It's not too late to begin your journey and work through the wonders that are the trials that will inevitably show up. Start that Skool community. Start doing your outreach. Start building. Just Start. Let's LaunchπŸš€

@Avery Hayden 100% agreed! Mark Manson's "Do Something" principle really helps here as well. Action -> Inspiration -> Motivation -> Action. Just STARTING will inspire AND motivate to continue moving. It's a positive feedback loop that is beautiful and incredible when in motion.

@Barbara Hewitt Take the trade (or whatever leap of faith) and learn from the outcome to make a more logical decision moving forward!
