@Cemre Sancaktar hmm are you doing it through a CRM or is your dashboard open in its own tab? Just thinking if it’s through your custom menu link in the CRM, the settings in your custom menu link could be where you need to look?

Voice changing mid convo?
Has anyone ever had an issue with the assistant changing into a different assistant mid convo? One of my clients just sent some feedback saying this? I have had issues with her just cutting off mid convo.. but this is the first time with the voice changing. This is an orb... not sure if that makes a difference?

Echo orb agent on iphone
Hi everyone! I was doing a demo using an orb on a cell phone and there is an echo. Wondering if you are experiencing the same issue. Not sure if this is a phone config issue. Any imput would be highly appreciated it.
