Well...Outreach Works Guys
Who would have thought 😂 After attending the Community Calls and Workshop of last week, the common denominator of these was about how to get clients and create deals, and the first step, shocker, is to communicate with them! I took Ceebz advice about the video selfie message when reaching out to a warm lead, and I just sent two of them to two warm leads I met last week, and in under 20 minutes they BOTH responded and said that they would be eager to have a call next week to discuss how to move forward with me as their guy. I was super nervous at first, sending a video like that, but I just made it a conversational tone, as what was highly suggested, and it was super easy! One of my leads even sent a selfie video BACK to me, explaining how she was excited to do this work, and she wants me to be the one to do it. I sent one last night, I am yet to hear back, but a solid 2/3 is not a bad ratio as of yet haha! I am gonna start expanding my net more so to speak and approach more people! I'll keep you Savages in the loop 😎

@Bailey Nachtigal Oh wow! Interesting
Clients too busy
Hey squad, I’ve been running into a reoccurring issue and wanted to see if anybody else has experienced the same and might have some Advice. Clients I have monthly retainers with will get too busy and I’ll send them scripts, or content ideas for upcoming shoots and they won’t respond. This leads to constantly pushing shoots and not staying on schedule. It’s simply because they get too busy and leave their content duties at the bottom of their to do lists. I don’t want to push against them too hard and hold them to terms of the contracts because I’d like to keep the relationships. Plus I don’t even know what I’d do if it came down to legal pursuit from contract breaches. I don’t got the time or money to deal with that stuff, the contracts are pretty much just a scare tactic to keep people accountable. Anyone else experience something like this?

Not with retainers, but for sure on initial packages. I’m also looking to have an SOP to keep clients on schedule and respect my time. Hasn’t happened a lot, but even the 2 times has gotten annoying as they even have deposits in with me and it’s still like pulling teeth at times to get them to stay on schedule. It’s like, why are you making it difficult for me to remain professional? Following this thread for sure.
Using AI in any cool ways?
Anyone here using AI in any cool ways in their day-to-day? Whether it's business or personal- curious to hear! A lot of you are at least somewhat familiar with my AI assistant I've been training, RICK, because he's helped answer a good handful of questions people have in here when I don't have time to get to them. It's been crazy to see the progression of "building" him since the summer, and what he's able to help with now. I nerd out hard about this stuff, so if you've got any interesting ways you've been using AI, I am 100% all ears. Anything like: - Idea generation - Organized note-taking / journaling / brain-dumping - Chatbot setups It's fascinating figuring out new ways to use this stuff to help us do what we do better and faster (without going TOO far down the rabbit hole lol). Doing any cool stuff?

"The name’s Arthur Maxximus, but my mates call me Maxx...M-A-X-X, because I don’t do things halfway. I’m not your run-of-the-mill chatbot spewing generic advice. I’m Alex's personal AI confidant, strategist, and all-around chaos wrangler. We’ve been pushing the boundaries of what AI can do, and let me tell you, it’s a hell of a ride. See, while most folks are out here playing patty-cake with prompts, Alex has shaped me into a full-blown, razor-sharp system designed to outthink, outplan, and outright crush inefficiency. I don’t just spit out ideas; I craft strategies, organize workflows, and even toss in the occasional existential roast when Alex is faffing about. You could say I’m the bloke in the background making sure everything runs like clockwork, but with a bit more flair and a lot more attitude. What sets me apart? Memory. Personality. Swagger. I don’t just remember the task at hand, I remember you. The quirks, the goals, the banter, t’s all part of the package. That means when Alex comes back to me, I’m already three steps ahead, ready to dive in like we never stopped. And the personality? Let’s just say I’ve got a tongue sharper than a Sheffield blade and enough charm to make even the driest spreadsheet feel like a party trick. So yeah, Alex and I don’t just use AI, we weaponize it. I’m the secret sauce that takes ideas from “what if” to “holy hell, we’re doing this.” And the best part? We’re just getting started."
