Closed my first $5K deal!
Huge shoutout to Ceebz and Dave for all you guys do. Super grateful to have come across you guys and this community. Just closed my first $5k deal with a production company! This was the second deal we've done with this client. The first one was closed at $1.2K but we only wanted $600 after seeing the results. This is HUGE for me and my team. Super happy to have the opportunity to kill it for them. Turns out it is possible to make a big close without solid case studies if you practice and refine your sales call enough as well as BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. I figured I would provide you guys a link to watch the full sales call, as I know stuff like that always helps me. Here you go: https://youtu.be/ybaRPGOmzNk Fully open to all criticisms! Hope this helps someone.

Why i LOVE Paid Ass (sorry... paid ads) Spent $900 and Made $7k 🤑
We just launched a campaign for our client KOBO Fishing this month, and boom—our first sale is in! $7K right out of the gate! Off to a hot start! 🔥 Here’s where we’re at after 14 days: - Ad Spend: $912.32 - Leads: 37 - Total Revenue: $7,036.25 - Opportunity Value: $247.29K A little background on KOBO Fishing: They sell high-ticket electric fishing reels ($7,500 a pop). When they came to us, they had nothing—no videos, no landing page, no funnel. We broke their strategy into two phases: Phase 1: Create 3 core video assets + short-form content. We knocked out: - A VBC video - A customer testimonial video - A features & benefits video Phase 2: Build the landing page/funnel and launch the paid ads campaign (Meta). We built the landing page on GHL - you can check out the videos implemented on the landing page here: https://www.get.kobofishing.com/ Having these core assets dialed in before launching the ads has been HUGE for the results we’re getting. We’re only 14 days in, and it’s already looking 🔥. The client is FIRED TF UP and loving it! Let me know if y’all have any questions about the campaign or want me to break anything down further. 🤙

$1,289 Deal Closed!!!
Savages, it has begun. This is by far the most I have ever sold in my life for anything I have done, and I feel awesome!!! I just got off the phone with a warm lead, and after talking with her for only 15 minutes, she was sold and was stoked to work with me, and so when I navigated her to my website and she saw my prices (also these are NEW and updated prices, double what they were a week ago because everyone's pal Ceebz advised me to charge my worth), and she without hesitation said, "So I think I will go with your recommended package, would you agree?" And I did! Not in a greedy sense, it genuinely did fit her need for why she wanted to hire me, but just to hear that right after doubling my prices and to make that sale with like, NO hesitation on her part was extremely affirming!! AND, she asked if whenever she wanted to "upgrade" packages, if she could do that, and I told her we would cross that bridge when it comes up, and that I would be happy to create a custom deal for her on whatever she needed, and she was stoked for that!! Like video editing, uploading, producing reels remotely for her, website upkeep and integrations with her new content, so like, after this website is done, I very easily could have a monthly retaining deal with her!! I had an additional call today, but that one wasn't much of a sales call, which I sort of expected, BUT I set him up and gave him a lot of knowledge and value to when he is in a position to need a website and online videos, I am his go to guy for that! We are staying in touch, and I can see him wanting my services by the start of the year! No real metaphor for this gif, maybe something like "knocking down those limiting beliefs I set on myself, and know I am becoming SAVAGE!!"

$10k Onboarding Video
Just hopped off the weekly call and Dave reminded me to post my wins. Sometimes we can other goals set and we don't appreciate the WINS that we do get. This past week I delivered on a $10k onboarding video for a local government agency. One of my clients integrated video into a larger consulting package. It was day of interviews, a little bit of b-roll and we designed a few graphics. Final video was a little over 6 mins long.

The BNI networking presentation that led to 2 VBC clients ($12k+ in deals)
There's been a lot of questions here lately about lead gen and networking, so I figured I'd share this. This was a featured presentation I gave in my BNI networking group back in 2022 that led to a few discovery meetings booked, and ultimately, 2 VBC projects. Posting content is great. Strategic outreach is great. Running ads is great. Any lead gen tactics can work. But if you don't know your greater strategy, you're gonna burn out and get discouraged. At this time, I was doing in-person networking and posting short form content. My strategy was "become impossible to ignore" and make it so that once I connected with someone, they saw me everywhere, and understood what the hell I do. Meet people -> Connect online -> Post content consistently -> Keep showing up to those people After people saw me enough, when they needed video, they'd shoot me a message, or a text, or an email, or bring it up in person next time I saw them. It wasn't always apparent that things were "working" from vanity metrics alone. This presentation played into my greater strategy because it broke down "what I do" into simpler concepts, and made it more relatable for people. This is what worked (and still works) for me. It would probably work for you, too. __ All in all, know your STRATEGY, not just the tactics. And if you don't know it yet, just borrow the way I did it and adjust as you figure out what works best for you.
