It would be great if we could add a Welcome Video instead of just a text message, same how we link Videos for Classroom. Explaining to people to download the App turn notifications on, explain our groups and how they work, how to grow levels on Skool. It would be way more personal and supportive and help towards transferring leads into sales.

Can we increase the amount of pinned messages please and potentially make it so we can pin in topics instead of just overall if you understand what I mean.

My Team Members arent receiving notifications when I’m posting the me Groups… I’ve checked their settings and everything seems fine? How can they get notifications on every post please?

Not getting a ping notification or vibration when messages come through from school. Checked settings seem to be fine.

If I increase the price of my Community (monthly) and people already paying a Monthly installation will they pay new one or original one please?
