Is anyone facing the GHL FB Lead Sync issue?
As of today leads being generated from FB aren't importing into GHL.. And I tried using this new "Sync" feature GHL added in the integrations tab but idk if it's working since i still don't see any leads... even tho there's a confirmation saying the sync was successful Anybody facing this?

make sure to check your lead center, the leads should appear there and you can add them manually from there until it's fixed..

@Zach Pascoe I’m planning to use GoHighLevel for my agency and clients, and I need some guidance on setting up a dedicated domain for email purposes. Here’s the context: 1. Purpose of Email Setup: • I need to use emails to send internal notifications to my clients, such as updates about leads and appointments. • In the future, I will likely need to send notifications to my clients’ leads, like appointment reminders. 2. GoHighLevel Restrictions: • I was informed by GoHighLevel support that only one dedicated domain can be set up properly. 3. Proposed Solution: • I’m considering purchasing a root domain, like “email.com” (or something similar), and creating subdomains based on my clients’ business names (e.g., clientname.email.com). • This approach would ideally allow me to handle both internal client communications and lead notifications under a consistent domain structure. Questions: • Is using a root domain with subdomains a viable and recommended approach for managing emails to both clients and their leads? - And also, how and should I even warm up this domain then?
Client Charged On Facebook
A client that I used to work with a year ago has said he's received a charge from facebook for $500. I haven't been running his ads at all and don't even have access to his account anymore, but he says he hasn't given anyone else access either so he wants me to help get it sorted. He logged into his facebook account and it seems like there's no transactions there on his transaction records, but his credit card was still somehow charged from facebook. Not sure how to fix this and help him get his refund. I don't have access to facebook support either directly so not sure what to do.

Struggling on what to report to client
Hi team, I have a client that’s asking for like an update literally every two days with a monthly budget of $500 (daily budget of $15). So like it’s hard to even make judgement on key metrics in the space of 24 hours , I can give updates on weekly data but not daily, how do I kindly tell the client this?

Nah bro just say to him that it does not happen over night and fb needs some time as well as the point that you can’t make any judgments on a couple days and need to wait at least a week or two to get good data
