Not sure if the old Help Docs within each sub accounts have been moved somewhere? If anyone has a copy would like to have them as a resource for users we onboard until they come back up

Anyone experiencing this at the subaccount level when logining in? any solutions? Post reseting connections for a subaccount. Already tried resetting password --> says account is already existing --> still can't login

Not all the way sure if this is a feature this is doable since social media DM responses are avaialble i figuered it would be fair ask.
