@Kaia Kaia holidays and weekends are always challenging, but great work for showing up! Sunday is usually my regroup and recover day, but since I did an extra 3 mile run yesterday. I made sure to rest today but also still show face in the gym to stretch and hit the sauna just to help me stay in routine. It’s all about sticking to the plan!

With the weekend approaching, keep in mind that just because we may be off from work or responsibilities, doesn’t mean we take off from choosing ourselves. Continue to make those decisions that benefit your overall health and add to your growth. Enjoy the holiday weekend, in the safest and healthiest way possible. Choose yourself or lose yourself!

@Crystal Kumar hey, I hope you’re having a wonderful day as well! Perfectly said, “keeping the boxes checked”! I’m the same way, I don’t like to instill actual off days into my schedule I prefer to stick to a routine. So instead I just lighten things up 1 or 2 days.

@Johnauna McFarlin that sounds like a great balance having one day to rest and one day to slowly get back in motion. Does it work better for you taking a break throughout the week vs on the weekend?
