Powerful Experience
I haven't posted anything on any platform in a while but felt compelled to share an experience that has added strength and value to my life. I attended Pressure Con for the first time and after reviewing my notes, amongst all the valuable insights and lessons shared by MC and those who attended, the most valuable lesson I walked away with is that humility is bullshit. I learned that I must prioritize my personal credit and anchor humility to my growth. Put a spotlight on the best version of what you do. I learned that if I want a better outcome, I must tell myself a better story. Give yourself ways to win and then stack your wins. How we do anything is how we do everything. What a powerful experience, looking forward to attending many more Pressure Con events in the future. If you haven’t attended a Pressure Con event yet, as MC says, “You’re Fucking Up”!

I am designing a web page for the training unit at our department, and I was having a hard time trying to put things together. I am not what you may say tech savvy. After looking at the list and continuing to research I was able to get great insight and information and was able to figure out what direction I should head in and how to leverage technology to fit my needs. I’m still not tech savvy so this is a future strength of mine but through this great information I was able to gain some clarity in my journey. Gratitude!
Holiday Spirit.
Someone near and dear to me said that they didn't feel the holiday spirit like they have before. Now, it would be easy to dismiss them and tell them to grow up! I took a different approach. As we become more mature and jaded to these holiday rituals we should remind our selves that this 'holiday spirit' this person referred to is not something we are entitled to. What we do for others during this time is how we earn this feeling of 'holiday spirit'. Bring smiles to those around you and you can find that youthful 'holiday spirit' you may be searching for!💪 I'm no @Bryan WIlton with words, but I felt inclined to share.

Removing distractions. Input-to-output ratio
I am actively working on removing distractions and focus on doing what I need to do. Seems pretty easy with social media type scrolling.. I've overdone it in the past and now it's just an obvious waste of time. I limit scrolling in frequency and duration. Stopped pretending it's any form of education. Interesting tidbits once in a while, yes, but is it really what I'm after? Second point: on call with MC (highly recommended, first time I had an opportunity to meet the man face to face, even if digitally and ..well... see for yourself. Man is a leader, ethical and IS building a tribe). Anyway.. one of the things he said was 'movement is mandatory). That's where I get caught up.. confusing movement towards getting a project done with reading, watching and getting more information. That's some bullshit. I consider that a failure. The protocol I am employing is paying close attention to my input-to- output ratio. I've been avoiding that because I know the truth of it. Any advice? How you adress these things in your own climb?

I to was confusing movement as working on projects with reading, watching training videos and getting more information until I just read your post. Input - Output - Thank you brother - Movement towards goals encompasses more.
