💪 The 5 Habits that Made Alex Hormozi a Millionaire in his 20s
Struggling to Make It? These 5 Habits Turned Alex Hormozi Into a Millionaire even when the odds seemed stacked against him. Here's his blueprint: 1. Investing in Himself 💸 Even when money was tight, he always prioritized self-investment. His rule? Never skimp on growth, no matter what else was due. 2. Pruning Friendships ✂️ Recognizing that you’re shaped by those around you, he didn’t hesitate to let go of people who no longer aligned with his vision. 3. Mastering Sales 🛠️ Building resilience through repeated rejection was a critical part of his success. The ability to sell, he believes, translates to every area of life. 4. Learning from Others’ Mistakes 📚 He saved time by studying others’ failures, gaining valuable insights without experiencing every setback personally. 5. Getting Comfortable with Solitude 🧘 By embracing solitude, he found strength in self-reliance, which allowed him to better understand himself and grow. Hormozi’s commitment to investing in himself, choosing aligned relationships, mastering sales, learning from others’ experiences, and valuing solitude all paved the way to his achievements. P.S. Which of these habits speaks to you? Let me know in the comments.

At some point I even lost my best friend because I get too busy and I wasn't available or having time to spend with her anymore...i felt really bad at first but I came to realisations that it's for the best and that if truly she's a good friend, she'd try to understand what it is that is taking too much of my time and also see if she can fit in as well...right now I'm more focused on the goal than whoever is willing to stay in my life.
🔁 Churn Checklist: Alex Hormozi’s 14 Strategies 💪
People sign up… then they cancel. If you want growth, you need to keep members engaged. Here’s a 14-step checklist from Alex Hormozi to help you lower churn and keep people around. 1. Cancellation Video 🎥🚫 When someone clicks “cancel,” play a video explaining what they’ll miss. Sometimes a reminder of the value they’re leaving behind can make them reconsider. 2. Find the Activation Point 🎉🚀 The “activation point” is the first “aha!” moment. Identify what this is for your product and get members there fast—first wins make lasting members. 3. Onboarding Calls ☎️👋 Welcome new members with a call. This brief touchpoint makes them feel supported and less likely to cancel. 4. Time Unlock ⏳🔓 Release content gradually to keep members coming back. Drip-feeding prevents overwhelm and encourages long-term engagement. 5. Level Unlock 🎮📈 Create levels with new perks or tools at each step. The sense of progress keeps members motivated and invested. 6. From Guru to Community 👥💬 Members might join for you, the “guru,” but keep them for the community. A space for connection fosters loyalty. 7. Encourage Pausing, Not Canceling 💵💸 Offer a “pause” option instead of outright cancellation. Many people just need a break—not a full exit. 8. Smart Pricing Tactics 🤑💰 Offer discounts for longer commitments. A smart pricing structure can be the difference between staying and canceling. 9. Build a Positive Culture 🏆🔥 When members feel part of something bigger, they’re more likely to stay. Share success stories and celebrate wins. 10. Value-Pricing Balance ⚖️💵 Price to match value. Members who feel they’re getting a fair deal are more likely to stay. 11. Regular Community Calls 🗣️💻 Hold calls where members can ask questions, share wins, and get feedback. A connected community is a loyal one. 12. Target High-Retainers 🎯🙌 Analyze who stays longest and why. Target more of those types—quality over quantity pays off. 13. Reduce Overwhelm 😵📉 Don’t drown members in information. Simplify and provide value in stages to prevent churn.

Am actually an entrepreneur and same time a freelancer but most times it's really hard for me to get people to work with, of course I'm very confident in my ability and skills that I offer nothing but the best...so my question is that how do I get to convince my audience that am the best person to work with and also they can trust me that I'll give them the best results?

🤔 What price are you willing to pay for every desire?
In the video, Hormozi prioritizes work over fitness, stating that lifting affects her energy and performance. She questions exercising's value when results remain consistent.

@Alexi Drouin And I think the key is knowing when to focus on work and when to step back and embrace the moments that may bring you joy, relaxation, or deeper connections. For an entrepreneur, that balance can be tough, because the drive to succeed often pushes you to sacrifice personal time. But, at the end of the day, those social and personal connections can be just as valuable to your well-being and success in the long run. It’s all about alignment—making choices that support the bigger picture of who you want to be and where you want to go.
